I got this heated gloves in XXS for my 8 year old (unfortunately, he has inherited my Reynaud's) and this will last him at least another two years as he is on the skinnier side and of average height. We did not get much winter this year but whatever we got is enough to write a review on this great quality, professionally stitched and well built heated gloves which can also be worn in mild to moderate winter without heating. Yes! the inside is equally warm and cozy and it looks from the outside.In our family, the father-son duo always go out for sledding/ tobogganing in winter and that is what prompted me to get this pair of heated gloves for my kiddo as the heated option is few and far to find for that age range. My son is very proud of his heated gloves, prior to this he was after my rechargeable handwarmers but not any more. he says that they keep him warm and cozy and since they sled for 1.5 to 2 hours he says the heated, waterproof gloves keeps him warm. I believe him because if you look at the zippers carefully it's not an ordinary one, It has some kind of waterproof fabric to it (can also be seen from my pictures above). The other gret feature apart from adjustable Velcros is the gloves are long enough to put the jacket sleeves way inside the gloves thereby blocking the snow from entering the inside at all. The battery charge stays for upto at least couple hours and probably a little more. The pair comes neatly packaged with the manual, two USB A cables for the two batteries (you can also adjust/customize the level of warmth in the batteries) .My only suggestion/ request to the seller would be to put in another extra set of batteries so that if a pair runs out of charge, life can go on uninterrupted almost just like the Stunt RC Cars for kids these days. Overall, I am quite pleased and highly recommend.
