Started out with an issue receiving a defective piece to secure one of the bars for the net (see pictures) which for some reason turned out impossible to find at the hardware store. Customer service took a while to get back but were able to resolve the issue. With that said, this is a nice trampoline and took less than 1 hour in the blazing heat to put it together. The net was a pain in the butt to slip over all the foam tubes, but that's entirely my fault because we installed the net after the tubes were in place. The net is a little too taut to easily close the zipper, so I can see it wearing out over time because of that. I like that the spring cover stays in place and I can lift it up to sweep all the dead leaves on the ground (it's rained twice since summer started and I'm sure this is the last summer for my sycamore and cottonwood trees) which are a lot. The trampoline comes with anchors which are basically springs that go a good foot into the ground. No ladder included but we're using a utility step stool that we got on clearance and it works well for my 3 and 5-year olds to climb. I climbed in and joined the kiddos (170 lbs)--it feels very sturdy. Overall a good experience with this purchase, apart from the defective piece and the slow customer service response.Was delivered within 1-2 days. Super happy with this trampoline. Very strong. I am 220 lbs and can also jump with the kids at same time. Instructions are super vague, confusing and not clear. Better to look for youtube videos on how to build. Assembly took long time. First step to connect metal bars/ pipes require 2 people. Kids haven’t stopped jumping on it. Great product!!We bought this trampoline for our daughters birthday and it was a big hit. They have been out there everyday playing on it. It was delivered a day early. All the parts were there and in great shape. It took two of us to put it together. It was pretty simple to do but definitely read the directions. It took us a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend. We will see how it holds up in the windTrampoline has performed very well and we have owned several other brands. For optimum performance, the leg supports need to be staked down with rebarb type spikes. Customer support was very courteous and responsive. It was a little slow process assembling the spring safety net. Overall very sarisfied!Easy to put together. Didn't have to drill new holes as some reviews have said. It took 2 of us an hour or so to out together. The net was hard for me bc I'm super short but my helper could reach.This trampoline is exactly what we were looking for! We have there very active school-aged children who needed to burn of some energy and this trampoline was the perfect solution. I love that it is enclosed and provides a better peace of mind while they are playing. Great trampoline choice, I just wish the enclosed cover would be easier to put on (our ripped a bit while trying to squeeze it over the metal) and I wish it would have come with a ladder.We bought this for our kids in our moderate backyard. Its a perfect size also! sturdy for our 4 kids to all play together. We had one issue of the blue bumper ripping; contacted customer service and they immediately took care of it and sent us a new one, free of charge.Great work!My kid LOVES this trampoline and it was super easy to install. honestly the hardest part was dragging the box to where i wanted to put it togetherFacile à assembler dans l’ensemble. Amazon sent me a email saying it was “lost” - I still gave 5 stars because they sent a new one asap and was here in a couple days. The trampoline is high quality, easy to put together. My wife, her friend and 3 kids were in it bouncing and it was fine so it’s pretty sturdy. Would buy again for sure. I recommend this one over other options on here. Spend the money.Did not like broken piece. The trampoline is a good product. Not impressed with plastic tarp like sleeves to slip over poles to put up net. Bolts are very short. Be sure to insure all are tightened as much as possible so it will not pop out when tightening with wrench. Had to take it apart to get it back together. Small tool to assemble didnot fit the nuts. Be sure to have your own toolsThis is a great trampoline. We bought it for our son's birthday, and we love it! It was a quick and easy set up, and we had it done within the hour of opening the box! It also had all the pieces, which sounds ridiculous, but there have been a few times where I have ordered products and not received all the parts, so that was great within itself.This was by far the worst item to assemble. Extremely poor instructions. Aside from poor instructions, the holes don't match. The product came 3 days late. Also Union calling the customer support, the automatic system said 2 minutes wait time. I have up after waiting for 20 minutes. I will not recommend this product.
